Return & Exchange Policy
At Arooj Perfumes, we want you to love your signature scent. We understand that buying fragrances online can be tricky, which is why we offer a transparent, easy-to-understand policy inspired by fairness and customer satisfaction.
🗓️ 7-Day Easy Window
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to claim a return or exchange. Any requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be entertained.
✅ When is a Product Eligible for Exchange or Return?
To qualify for a successful exchange or return, your request must meet one of the following criteria:

Change of Mind / Scent Doesn't Match Your Style: If you sprayed the perfume and realized the vibe doesn't suit your personality, you can exchange it. However, the perfume bottle must have at least 90% of the liquid remaining.

Damaged or Leaking Items: If your bottle arrived broken, cracked, or leaked during transit, we will replace it immediately.

Incorrect Orders: If you received a different perfume name or size than what you ordered.
⚠️ Important Condition: For a standard return or change-of-mind exchange, the product must be sent back with its original brand box and any packaging materials it originally came with.
❌ Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

Fragrance Samples, Testers, or Discovery Sets.

Perfume bottles that have been used heavily (less than 90% liquid remaining).

Items bought during a Clearance Sale or Flash Sale (unless they arrived damaged).
📦 How the Process Works
1. Damage or Leakage Claims (Within 48 Hours)
If your order is damaged, please message our customer support team on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear proof, including a short video or photos showing the leaked parcel box and the damaged bottle.

Once verified, we will ship a fresh replacement to your doorstep completely free of charge.
2. Standard Exchanges & Change of Mind
If you simply want to exchange a scent for another perfume from our collection:

Step 1: Contact our support team via WhatsApp or Email to log your request.

Step 2: Carefully pack the item back in its original box. You will need to ship the parcel back to our head office address through any local courier service (TCS, Leopard, M&P, etc.) at your own expense.

Step 3: Once we receive the bottle and check its 90% liquid level condition, we will ship your newly requested scent within 3 to 5 working days.
💰 Refund Policy

Store Voucher / Coupon (Recommended): We can issue you a digital coupon code of your exact product value, which you can use to purchase anything else on our website whenever you like.

Cash Refunds: If you prefer cash back, we can transfer the amount directly to your Bank Account.

Please Note: Original delivery charges paid at the time of purchase are strictly non-refundable. Cash refunds take 5 to 7 working days to process.
