Below you will find the details of our shipping terms, delivery options, and transit times.
⏱️ Order Processing & Dispatch Time

All orders are processed and packed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).

Orders placed before 12:00 PM GMT are typically processed and dispatched the same day.

You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your perfume parcel leaves our London fulfillment center.
📦 UK Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We partner with reliable UK courier networks (such as Royal Mail Tracked, Evri, and DPD) to ensure your fragile liquid bottles are handled with care.

Please Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by the couriers. Remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Channel Islands may take an additional 1 to 2 business days.
🛑 Liquid Fragrance Shipping Restrictions
Perfumes contain alcohol and are classified as "Dangerous Goods" under UK transport regulations. Because of this:

We only ship using courier networks that are fully certified to transport consumer liquids safely.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping outside of the UK at this time.
📍 Wrong Address & Delivery Issues

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for lost parcels if the delivery information provided was incorrect. If you notice a mistake, contact our support team via email immediately before dispatch.

Missed Deliveries: If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will either leave your package in a designated safe place, with a neighbor, or hold it at a local collection point. You can manage your delivery preferences using the tracking link sent to your email.
🔎 Damaged or Lost Parcels
Every perfume bottle is heavily wrapped in premium protective packaging to prevent damage. However, if your package arrives faulty:

Damaged in Transit: If your bottle arrives cracked, broken, or leaking, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at

Lost Parcels: If your tracking link shows no updates for more than 7 working days, please contact us so we can open an official investigation with the courier and resolve it for you.
